BEHIND THE LENS

 

   Since I was a child I've been taking pictures of events, family, monuments, and landscapes. I have been called a plethora of photogenic nicknames all the way from 'papparazzi' to 'family historian' after my knack of always capturing the moments and memories you want to remember.

   I think of my photography as honest and personal. I don't believe too much in photoshop because with the right lens, the right light, and the right angle the perfect picture will always be delivered with little to no editing required. I studied photography at Julia Richman Talent Unlimited school for the arts in New York City before cameras became digital and images became editable. 

 

   I am based out of Glen Allen, VA but I do travel to shoot to the location of your choice. I shoot everything from private parties, red carpet events, reunions, family and personal portraits, maternity and baby pictures, to public events. You may have seen me around town at local festivals captuing moments of happiness from behind my lens.
